Dnia 14 listopada br. w sali konferencyjnej Biblioteki odbył się wykład Bartosza Lewandowskiego pt.: „Dylematy startupów i konsekwencje kluczowych wyborów. Case Study Serwisu YourApps.info”.
Bartosz Lewandowski jest nie tylko pasjonatem gier komputerowych (od tego zaczynał swoją przygodę), przez jakiś czas pracował w czasopiśmie „Świat gier komputerowych”, potem założył swoją działalność „RobotoTransaltion” - tłumaczenia gier video, a ostatnio założył stronę YourApps.info, zajmującą się aplikacjami smartfonowymi.
Podczas wykładu opowiadał, z jakimi trudnościami i problemami muszą się zmierzyć twórcy startupów. Dzieląc się swoimi doświadczeniami zrelacjonował krok po kroku drogę, jaką musi przebyć dany projekt – od pojawienia się samego pomysłu w głowach twórców do wdrożenia go w życie. Najpierw trzeba przeprowadzić szczegółową analizę oferty konkurencji, czyli wybadać, jakich funkcjonalności brakuje u innych. Potem trzeba zdecydować czy chce się stworzyć klasyczny serwis czy też wersję blogową/vlogową oraz wymyślić nazwę domeny. Należy sprawdzić też czy ludzie dotrą do danej aplikacji, czy będą ją pobierać, itp. następnie szeroko zrelacjonował całą stronę techniczną wdrażania takiego serwisu z aplikacjami w życie. Wykład zakończył omówieniem sposobów wspierania serwisu działaniami marketingowymi typu YouTube, Facebook, twitter, obecność na forach i portalach, publikowanie artykułów sponsorowanych w czasopismach branżowych oraz informacja na billboardach.
